Signs of one who has been abandoned by God:

 1)  Extreme selfishness
 2)  Cruelty
 3)  Easily inclined to acts of violence
 4)  No easily discernable good qualities
 5)  Does not appear to be governed by a conscience
 6)  Senselessness
 7)  Inability to reason
 8 )  Hatred for God and for the things of God
 9)  Hatred of civil law
10)  Can easily be labeled an "incarnate devil"
11)  Returns evil for any good done to and for them
12)  Obviously abandoned by God
13)  Enjoys inflicting suffering, misery, and pain upon others

Jesus counselled us not to cast our pearls to swine or holy things to dogs.

Rather we ought to "cast out the wicked from among us" (1 Cor 5:13) for the maintenance of a peaceful society.

Pampering such ones is not charity, but the type of foolishness that leads to converting a civilized society into one of lawlessness and barbarism.
