I recently read through the Facebook Group thread called "Urantia 2", wherein the second and new Urantia Book was introduced.  It was not surprising that this received from its resident "conservative" Urantians knee-jerk and largely negative reactions.   Therefore, I myself added to the discussion by posting the following:

"When the Urantia Book came to the fore, our inner Spirit testified that its contents could not have proceeded from the imagination of man, but indeed from divine and celestial sources.  Its fruits have proven it to be eminently and universally benign.

Therefore I say this:  Let the "Second Urantia Book" come forward, and let us see what our inner Spirit testifies concerning this work.  Let us see whether this new Urantia Book produces likewise fruits of unmistakable benignity.

Let us not be mean.  Meanness does not serve the cause of conservative Urantianism well.  Let us be calm and reasonable, as behooves sons of the Father."
